Hanging Air freshener - Poker design

A few years ago, there is a trend that when applying air freshener in private place, domestic or commercial setting, users also pursue unique appearance, not only the aromatic smell. One day, an enterprise request a quotation and feasibility of their new design - Poker air freshener.

Challenge:

The preliminary artwork of Poker air freshener is using 2 metal piece in rectangular as material and combining scent mixture in the middle. However, it leads to several problems. 

First, adjusting thickness between 0.5mm-1mm is hard to achieve due to technical ability. Second, the price of metal is relative high and the cost will increase. Thirdly, the sharp and hard metal piece causes hurt to people easily. Last, the recovery of metal piece is very low. When it blends, it cannot recover.

Solution:

Affordable for everyone is the original intention of the enterprise. Our team suggested to apply plastic piece instead. The properties of lower price, more safety, high recovery are valuable to apply plastic as the material. And it is available to apply cutting into thin piece.
